Pothole Pros - Infrared Asphalt Repair

About Us

Pothole Pros was founded in 2011 by Jay Perry with a mission to revolutionize the way we maintain our roadways and parking lots.  Although the technology of using infrared converters to recycle asphalt in-place has been around for a number of years, it wasn’t until more recently that the equipment has become more reliable and efficient.  After several years of monitoring the progress of the technology, Jay decided in late 2010 that the time was right to bring the process to the local area.

Jay Perry resides in Prince Georges County, MD and is the owner of Seal Pros, Inc., a paving, seal coating and striping company based in Waldorf, MD.  Jay started his career in asphalt in 1995 working for the original owner of Seal Pros and in 2001, while still in college, he purchased the company.  Since graduating from Elon University with a B.S. in Business Finance, Jay has continually grown Seal Pros, Inc., acquiring another paving company in 2006, and currently employs over 20 people.  Jay is on the Board of Directors of the P.G. County Crime Solvers, a member of the Southern Maryland Business Network, on the Legislative Committee for the Associated Builders & Contractors, Chesapeake Chapter and Founder of the Leader’s Edge Mastermind Group.
